Our roasters are specially designed for roasting cocoa beans. The integrated perforated rotary drum gives you the advantage of contact roasting through the hot stainless steel on the one hand, and convection roasting through the perforated holes on the other. This achieves an excellent roasting result that even coffee roasters cannot match.
We also supply a corresponding cooling table for both appliances, although the cocoa beans should not be cooled here, but the roasting process should be completed quickly
