Overview

If you have said "A" aou also must say "B".... After the chocolate is made, it has to be processed. With the SAGA 5, we now have an automatic tempering machine in our range with its own heating, cooling and control system. It can therefore be used independently. You only need to connect the power supply. 


Have you ever calculated how long it takes you to temper 2 or 3 kg of chocolate by hand? 20 minutes? 30 minutes? How many times a day do you do this? 2 times? 3 times?


The SAGA 5 takes over your job and you can do other things in the meantime. This saves you a lot of time and money! The automatic temperature control machine pays for itself in a very short time!
