The Minitemper is a small, simple to use bench tempering machine that represents excellent value-for-money. Minitemper keeps chocolate tempered for several hours thanks to the customisable programs. The interchangeable bowls allow for reduced downtime and maximum ease of use. Body and bowl are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, transparent PET lid to maintain the temperature in total compliance with hygiene regulations.
