It is always an advantage to concentrate on one area and develop it further. Breaking the cocoa beans and removing the shells are also tasks where you can't really work with standard equipment. You want to get as many nibs as possible without finding too many shells in the container.

Our crackers intentionally produce quite large nibs so that the skins are easier to separate later. Our Winnower Deluxe can be supplemented with three different feeding systems.
