Some technical & commercial Information to know

Price lists:

We have a technical data sheet with prices for each machine. Please send us an email with details of the machine you require.


Prices:

All prices to be understood ex warehouse Germany, including overseas transport costs, custom clearance and packaging, however, plus VAT, unless a VAT identification number is available.


Price adjustment:

Every quarter there is a price adjustment due to the fluctuating dollar exchange rate. The prices valid at the time of the order apply.


Discounts:

Due to the already very tight budget, we are unfortunately unable to offer any discounts on individual machines. We grant a special discount of 5 % on complete roasting / cracker / winnower / melangeur kits.


Inner European transport:

Delivery is made from the warehouse in Hanover, Germany. We also offer to organize the delivery to your destination within the EU area against charge.


Delivery time:

Stock items will be shipped promptly after payment is received. Production machines that need to be manufactured at the main factory in Atlanta, USA normally take 2 - 6 weeks plus time for overseas transportation and customs clearance.


Payment:

100% payment in advance upon receipt of invoice.


Instruction Manual:

The operating instructions are provided in English language, as a printout or as a PDF. Country-specific translations can be created with the AI.

Showroom:

We are currently planning a contact point for demonstrating some machines. We hope to find a willing customer in Belgium or France who can then provide you with the relevant practical information


Immediate Check after receipt of goods:

Please check the goods for external and internal damage as soon as you receive them from the courier service. In the event of a complaint, please notify the sender immediately and provide photos of the courier's label and the damage. Only if the courier service compensates for the damage can we also forward this reimbursement.


Cosmetic damage:

The goods are generally well packaged. You can choose between sea and air transportation. Sea transportation is generally safer as it is transported on pallets. However, the sea route takes longer. Air transportation is faster, but there is a risk of more intensive handling by the carrier. Therefore, no recourse claims can be made for so-called "cosmetic damage", e.g. slight dents in the tank wall, light scratches etc.. In the event of major damage, please proceed in accordance with the previous point!


Warranty / After-Sales:

There is a 12-month basic warranty only on parts (except wear parts). Installation and modification by the customer. Service questions can also be asked directly via WhatsApp (almost 24/7 due to different office times in USA & EU). For queries dirctly to the USA, please remember the time difference. So it may take some time. The warranty conditions of Cocoatown, USA apply.

Spare parts:

There is the possibility to order a spare parts package at the same time as the machines. But there are also more and more spare parts in stock in Germany for fast and direct delivery.


Support:

For further support, please contact our office in Germany or the USA at the appropriate times. If possible, please prepare a few photos or a short video and send it via WhatsApp. Due to the time difference with Atlanta in America, we are available to you four hours a day. You can surely also use our email adresses to reach us.


FAQ

  • How does the order and delivery process work?

    You order the goods from us in Germany, i.e. within the EU. We will send you an order confirmation with a prepayment invoice. We will let you know whether your goods are in stock or whether they first have to be purchased in the USA. 


    In any case, you will receive the goods from Germany. The prices in the price list already include the pro rata costs for transportation from America, taxation and customs clearance. You only have to pay the DHL costs for shipping from Germany to you.

  • Are the prices in the price list net or gross?

    All prices are net prices, as we only deliver to companies. In the view cases of private individuals, VAT must still be added. In Germany this would be 19%

  • Can I return machines?

    As we only work and sell B2B, the corresponding rules also apply here. A private individual can also order from us in individual cases, but at B2B conditions. For example, there is no return option. Complaints are discussed on a case-by-case basis
